"Fraud Alert!"
Fraud!! I made two purchases, and then I sent one back. My tracking shows they got it, but I still haven't seen my refund. They keep insisting they never got it. After countless emails and a whole year later, I'm fed up. No way I'm shopping here again. Definitely not recommending this place.

"Never got my order"
I've placed three jewelry orders with Leo Mazzotti, and I was happy with the delivery and quality on two of them. However, I made my last order back in July, and it still hasn't shown up! I reached out to them on Instagram, but I haven't gotten a response. LEO Mazzotti, I need my order or a refund, please.

"Terrible Experience"
I placed an order for 2 necklaces on December 3, 2021. The first time they sent me a parcel, I was informed that "The supplier couldn't reach me for some reason, so it was sent back to them." They assured me it would be delivered soon and was in process. Yet again, I got nothing. When I emailed the same address from which I received the initial message, they told me, "We don’t deal with these kinds of issues, so please visit the support team’s website." I went there and explained my problem. Every single time, the response was that they would ship the parcel to me as quickly as possible, but I’ve already been waiting for 9 months! After countless messages and complaints about my order, I keep getting the same old reply that it’ll be sent soon. I’ve hit my limit of patience. So, I requested a refund and said I didn’t want any necklaces anymore. Now, it feels like I’ve been completely ignored, and there’s been no response.

"The jewelry looks nice, but after a while..."
The jewelry is quite lovely, but after purchasing about 7 or 8 pieces, they all seem to look really worn out after just a few months. It feels like I've thrown my cash away since I can easily compare it to other jewelry I wear all the time that still appears brand new. Not gonna do this again!

"Lovely jewelry, but a few issues..."
This jewelry is really lovely. Super cute and has a feminine touch. But, I ended up shelling out a hefty duty fee to get it. The packaging felt quite flimsy—just an envelope with some bubble wrap and a basic pouch. The earrings arrived a bit bent and needed some fixing. Honestly, I'm not sure how long they'll hold up.

"Fantastic Customer Support"
Fantastic customer support! I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend, and it showed up in just 2 weeks. The first necklace I received was not up to par, so I reached out to customer service. They were super quick and really nice, sending me a replacement immediately. The new piece is of excellent quality! I’d recommend it to anyone!

"RETRACTION"
RETRACTION! On December 21, I posted a harsh review since I hadn’t gotten the jewelry I ordered back in mid-November. The company’s communication was lacking, and I didn’t have a tracking number. Today, December 31, my order finally arrived, and I’m really happy with the product. So, I take back my earlier comments and apologize for my previous statements. Leo Mazzotti did come through with my order, but I’d appreciate it if you could improve communication and provide tracking numbers for your customers in the future.

"My most terrible shopping experience ever"
This has been the most awful experience I've ever had with a company. I placed an order for a bracelet back in June, and here I am still waiting for it, with no sign of a refund either! Seriously, steer clear of buying anything from them.

"Necklace still hasn't arrived"

"Mediocre Quality"
The quality of the jewelry isn't impressive. The ambassador program feels like a scam. They claim you'll get a bracelet whenever someone makes a purchase using your code, but that's just not the case. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue, and they just brush it off.
